Against All Odds Empowerment Center (AAOEC) is a 501(c)(3)nonprofit organization that provides teen pregnancy intervention services to young mothers (16-24) through the creation of new experiences and various programs. We bring community resources, leaders, and volunteers together through a series of workshops, life improvement programs, and relationships to serve young mothers in creating and executing comprehensive life goal plans.

Case Management
Each member of the AAOEC program receives an individual service plan based on their strengths, needs, interest and capabilities to ensure they have what is needed at the end of the program to be self-sufficient and function independently of formal service intervention.
systems of care
AAOEC partners with community based organizations and coordinates the delivery of services from each independent provider to ensure participants are provided an array of services and a graduated continuum of care.
AAOEC Scholar Program
AAOEC is committed to empowering teen parents to achieve college and professional success and economic stability. We do this through our Scholar Program.
S.T.R.O.N.G Program
AAOEC provides participants with an array of services that contributes to the development of the whole woman.
